What you will do

• Manage multiple merchant integrations simultaneously, leading the technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Support merchants, Partners, and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) during the integration process.
• Ensure that merchants have integrated hirify.global’s API correctly before going live.
• Support commercial teams in technical discussions with merchants.
• Improve the API documentation, processes, and routines within the Integration team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a technical role.
• Incredibly service-minded and customer-focused, with a great interest in and understanding of technology.
• Solution-driven with a strong analytical ability and resourceful when it comes to solving problems.
• Basic understanding of computer networking, HTTP, and SQL.
• CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in programming, mobile app development, system integration, and/or online payments.
