What you will do
- Provide requirements analysis, system design, Python and AI development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications using FastAPI and Pydantic.
- Implement asynchronous and parallel programming solutions with asyncio.
- Integrate and experiment with multi-modal GenAI models.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
- Communicate regularly with the client and coordinate day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of background in development.
- Strong background in Python and FastAPI.
- Experience with Pydantic for data validation and schema definition.
- Hands-on experience with asyncio, asynchronous/parallel programming.
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing agentic AI applications.
- Understanding of RAG pipelines and hybrid search with vector databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- English: Intermediate+ required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure Cloud services (Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Redis).
- Familiarity with agentic protocols (MCP, A2A).
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph stack (long-term memory, human-in-the-loop, state management).
- Familiarity with .NET.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
