What you will do

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, application, and network incidents and service requests.
• Utilize available tools for diagnosis and execution of incidents and service requests.
• Route incidents and service requests requiring reassignment to other Service Teams, including third-party suppliers.
• Track incidents and service requests to ensure service levels are met and resolution is achieved quickly.
• Contribute to setting up operating procedures for effective remote support.
• Manage hardware logistics, including delivery and collection of equipment to and from employees.
• Work on shifts as per business requirements.

• Expected to address each customer individually and deliver service on the right technical level and according to business requirements.
