What you will do

• Design meaningful mobile and desktop experiences that simplify investment products and make complex financial concepts accessible and engaging.
• Run design projects end-to-end from concept to delivery including wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into design solutions.
• Conduct user interviews and usability tests to validate and iterate on designs aligned with product strategy.
• Contribute to building a collaborative and efficient design culture within the team.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model based in Vienna, Austria
• English: Fluent (B2+), German is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in product design within fintech, crypto, or complex domains.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Miro, and JIRA.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for crypto and financial products with a user-centric mindset.
