What you will do

• Own the full data migration lifecycle for new and existing customers
• Analyze legacy systems and map data into hirify.global structures
• Build repeatable extraction and transformation workflows for high volume migrations
• Clean, validate, and normalize shop data
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams
• Maintain documentation to support scalability and reduce onboarding time

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Armenia
• Familiarity with automotive shop operations and workflows
• Strong understanding of relational data, ETL concepts, and data quality checks
• Experience with SQL and scripting languages for data extraction and transformation
• Fluency in English
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
