What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for full-stack web solutions focused on user experience.
• Deliver maintainable, secure, and high-performance code across front-end and back-end layers.
• Research and champion adoption of emerging technologies to strengthen the UX engineering stack.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create elegant, accessible interfaces.
• Identify and resolve issues in development and production to ensure seamless user experience.
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Vancouver, Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years engineering experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• 2+ years back-end development experience with Node.js, .NET, or Python.
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check and security screenings.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or 6+ years engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for learning new technologies and AI innovations.
