What you will do

• Lead technical test automation efforts and coach non-technical team members.
• Drive functional and non-functional test automation across projects.
• Manage test activities aligned with Quality Engineering practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure testable code quality.
• Support roadmap items and deployment test automation.

Requirements

• Must work within EST business hours for seamless collaboration.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher required.
• 2+ years experience in Python and JavaScript programming.
• Experience with test automation tools like Cucumber, Pytest, Playwright, Locust.
• Understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and test infrastructure.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Intermediate SQL skills for complex queries.
• Performance load testing experience and analysis.
• Experience with cloud and local databases such as AWS RDS, Oracle, Postgres.
