What you will do

• Participate in financial budget drafting and track results
• Ensure consistency in financial accounting and result presentation
• Prepare financial data for internal and external reporting
• Manage regulatory reporting for licensed entities
• Develop and maintain cost management programs
• Collaborate with Treasury on client funds reconciliation and revenue calculations

Requirements

• Location: Based in Latvia with good written and spoken Latvian and English
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 4+ years experience in audit, finance controlling, or financial analysis & planning
• Strong financial and management accounting knowledge
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
