What you will do

• Define and align technical architecture with business goals for multiple teams.
• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of major initiatives.
• Mentor peers and less experienced engineers, solving complex technical challenges.
• Coordinate rollouts and ensure smooth project launches across teams.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain testing and monitoring best practices.
• Communicate technical challenges clearly and provide data-driven feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain
• 5+ years experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ.
• Experience leading strategic projects and applying Clean Architecture principles.
• Strong communication skills with working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git submodules and Angular.
• Background in airline industry, e-commerce systems, or SaaS.
• Mentorship and onboarding experience.
