Salary: $129,375 - $215,625 per year

What you will do

• Lead monthly deployments and upgrades of ITOM SaaS suite across 20+ global data centers including AWS GovCloud.
• Oversee semi-annual upgrades of key services like Victoria Metrics, OpenSearch, Redis, and Kafka across multiple cloud providers.
• Migrate customers between ITOM instances, apply hotfixes, implement change requests, and resolve service requests.
• Remediate monitoring alerts and drive automation initiatives to establish scalable, reliable processes.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and able to obtain US Secret Security Clearance.
• 8-10+ years of DevOps experience with strong Kubernetes and Helm expertise.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting; Python and Java scripting desirable.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiarity with AWS (including GovCloud), Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and managed services like Kafka, OpenSearch, and Redis.
• Basic networking knowledge and experience with monitoring tools like Kibana and Fluentbit.
