Location: Remote-first with hubs in the US, Canada, and Europe

Salary: CA$155K–CA$210K, £85K–£110K, €95K–€130K depending on region

What you will do

• Architect and build scalable microservices in Go powering the platform ecosystem.
• Analyze and optimize core infrastructure for performance, memory, and network efficiency.
• Define architectural standards for database usage, API design, and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and collaborate with cloud environments (AWS/GCP).

Requirements

• Must have 2–3+ years of backend development experience with Go.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and their internals.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues.
• Understanding of networking protocols and Kubernetes basics.
• English proficiency at least B2; remote-first culture.

Nice to have

• Experience with DynamoDB, Bigtable, AWS SQS/SNS, Google Pub/Sub, Kafka, or ZeroMQ.
• Observability tooling experience with Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
