What you will do

• Design and build products utilizing hirify.global platform and products.
• Develop new features leveraging hirify.global technologies and latest products.
• Review and provide feedback on code submissions.
• Work on automation test scripts to certify builds.
• Evangelize Scrum and Agile development processes.
• Optimize web application performance including page load times and user interactions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico City or able to work hybrid there
• 6+ years development experience with 3+ years on hirify.global platform.
• Experience with Apex/Java, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Javascript, React, Agentforce.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficient in Web Services design and implementation.
• Experience with prompt engineering and source control (Git).
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• hirify.global Admin, Developer, or Agentforce certifications.
• Experience with automation testing frameworks like Selenium and Gherkins.
• Knowledge of AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent evaluation metrics.
• Experience with Agile and test-driven development.
