What you will do

• Create realistic animations for characters, weapons, and cosmetic assets in AAA games.
• Collaborate closely with 3D artists and team members to ensure cohesive visual style.
• Work with animation state machines, motion capture data, and proprietary engines.
• Participate in peer reviews and assist team members from conception to integration.
• Contribute to the visual identity and storytelling of the Rainbow Six franchise.

Requirements

• Must have current eligibility to live and work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating realistic-styled animations.
• Experience with MotionBuilder, keyframing, and proprietary/in-house engines.
• Understanding of animation state machines, motion capture data, and technical constraints.
• Experience in full development life-cycle is ideal.
• Hybrid work model requiring on-site presence approximately 3 days per week in Newcastle upon Tyne.
