What you will do

• Design and develop Go services for payment gateway and fintech systems ensuring stability and fault tolerance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications including API design and external integrations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards such as PCI DSS and secure data handling.
• Analyze and optimize service performance including concurrency and data storage efficiency.
• Participate in microservices architecture design including communication patterns and error handling.
• Write maintainable, testable code and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Russian.
• 3–5 years Go backend development experience and fintech domain expertise.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, message brokers, and AWS.
• Security-by-design mindset and understanding of fintech regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Experience with CI/CD, observability tools, and performance optimization.
