What you will do

• Develop and evolve foundational metrics, tracking specs, and data pipelines for the AI-powered financial app.
• Establish and manage A/B testing frameworks and interpret experiment results to guide product decisions.
• Analyze conversational AI coach data to evaluate model behavior and user satisfaction.
• Explore large transaction datasets to identify financial behavior patterns and intervention opportunities.
• Build predictive analytics prototypes using modern AI and data science tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and ML teams to translate data insights into features.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
• 6+ years experience in data analytics, data science, or quantitative product analysis.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and working with large-scale financial or behavioral datasets.
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experiment design.
• Comfortable collaborating with ML/AI teams and analyzing conversational data.
• Advanced degree preferred in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
