Vacancy: Shopify Project Manager (Junior+/Middle)
Format: Full-time / Remote
Company: Ecommerce agency (by recruiting agency Missionhire)
Salary range: $1200 – $2000 netto


We are looking for a Shopify Project Manager (Junior+/Middle) to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage the execution of Ecommerce projects for international clients.
The ideal candidate understands both Shopify technical workflows and business logic behind Ecommerce. You will plan and oversee store launches, feature updates, and daily maintenance while ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals.

💼 Main Responsibilities
_-_ Manage full project cycles for Shopify stores — from setup and theme customization to app integrations.
_-_ Coordinate developers, designers, and marketers to ensure smooth delivery.
_-_ Communicate directly with clients in English (Slack, Zoom, email).
_-_ Prepare and maintain timelines, budgets, and progress reports in ClickUp.
_-_ Collect project requirements, write clear task descriptions, and control their execution.
_-_ Conduct QA checks and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
_-_ Support account managers with estimates and documentation.
_-_ Identify potential risks and propose solutions early in the process.
_-_ Work closely with the design team to review and validate UX/UI before implementation.

⚙️ Requirements
_-_ 1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in Ecommerce or web development.
_-_ Solid understanding of the Shopify ecosystem (themes, apps, checkout, Shopify Markets).
_-_ Confident English communication (B2+) — written and verbal.
_-_ Experience with ClickUp, Figma, Slack, and Google Workspace.
_-_ Basic technical understanding (HTML/CSS/JS or Liquid as a plus).
_-_ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
_-_ Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.

💡 Nice to Have
_-_ Experience working in a digital agency environment.
_-_ Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify Analytics.
_-_ Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices.
_-_ Knowledge of basic SEO principles for Shopify stores.
