What you will do

• Lead launch and scaling of high-volume transfer products focusing on strategy and execution.
• Craft and execute product roadmaps for efficient activation processes.
• Own full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, security, and core teams to balance innovation and regulation.
• Monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitors to maintain competitive edge.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be located in or ready to relocate to UAE
• 5+ years experience as Product Manager in money transfer or digital financial services.
• Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles and deliver successful products.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluency in English required
