What you will do

• Lead and nurture high-performing, self-organizing production teams.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on vision and goals.
• Oversee production processes including planning, scheduling, and requirements gathering.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure efficient incremental delivery.
• Manage relationships with external partners and advocate for continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor teams to foster growth and a culture of learning.

Requirements

• Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required with comprehensive support provided.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Producer in game development with AAA project experience.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of game development pipelines, technical engineering best practices, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and passion for games and the gaming industry.
• English proficiency at least B2 level assumed as job posting is in English.
