What you will do

• Define and guide core brand strategy including positioning and key narratives.
• Develop and execute world-class brand campaigns driving awareness and adoption.
• Craft creative briefs based on insights and data to guide storytelling and activations.
• Manage external agencies and creative partners to produce standout campaigns.
• Monitor cultural, industry, and consumer trends to identify engagement opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency and leverage data to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or eligible to work remotely from the US.
• 8+ years experience in brand marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or consumer tech.
• Proven success in launching impactful brand campaigns.
• Strong understanding of cultural trends and audience behaviors.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Passion for crypto, web3, or willingness to learn deeply about decentralized finance.
