Requirements

• Senior/Staff/Principal Researcher at top AI lab or faculty at leading AI institution
• Expertise in competitive AI domains such as LLMs, generative models, or mechanistic interpretability
• Motivated by research depth and impact with focus on meaningful contributions
• English proficiency at least B2
