What you will do

• Assess technical and aesthetic content of episodes and communicate concerns to producers.
• Supervise internal CG art team and collaborate with animation, FX, and compositing supervisors.
• Manage vendor studio assets, review deliveries, and ensure pipeline feasibility.
• Develop and maintain CG pipeline techniques and workflows.
• Work closely with production leadership to keep the show within budget and schedule.
• Facilitate communication across departments and with vendor studios.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Los Angeles with hybrid work model (minimum three days onsite).
• Advanced hands-on experience in CG asset creation and shot work.
• Previous supervisory experience on animated features, TV series, or games preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of animation production pipeline including modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, and compositing.
• Basic scripting ability is a plus.
