What you will do

• Align and maintain a compelling art style with the Game Director and Creative Director.
• Deliver and support the creative vision for character design and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with VFX, lighting, and UI teams for seamless character integration.
• Build, evolve, and maintain art pipelines in partnership with the Technical Art Director.
• Provide clear art direction and feedback to internal and external artists, acting as gatekeeper for visual quality.
• Mentor and grow art teams, reinforce quality expectations, and actively guide recruitment.

Requirements

• Experience building and delivering at least one AAA game from start to finish.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of artistic creativity in one or more game art disciplines.
• Broad understanding of the entire asset creation process.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop and industry-standard 3D modeling software (Maya, Max, ZBrush).
• Technical mindset with experience implementing assets in game engines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
