What you will do

  • Participate in all stages of product and feature development from requirements to release and support.
  • Act as a role model for quality within the team.
  • Review and ensure adherence to test processes and proper feature testing following the testing pyramid.
  • Work in a complex environment involving trading, blockchain, and DeFi.
  • Coach and lead adoption of quality engineering practices within teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work model based in London
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing including APIs, backend services, databases, messaging services, and UIs.
  • Understanding of the full development lifecycle and test pyramid.
  • Self-driven, analytical, problem-solving skills, and team player mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in complex blockchain and DeFi environments.
