What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Automation Test Platform (ATP) and device adapter libraries mainly in .NET 8/C# on Windows platforms.
• Create and maintain automated test environments and tests for ATP validation.
• Collaborate with test automation manager and test architect on test strategies and requirements.
• Document features, issues, and tests in compliance with internal processes.
• Mentor and guide other team members and ATP users.
• Lead as a senior member of the test automation team in Brno.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Brno, Czech Republic
• Mid to senior knowledge of C# or other OOP languages and scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.
• Experience with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation, or related field.
• Willingness to support occasional business travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded systems and hardware/software interaction (CAN, UART, RS232, Ethernet).
• Knowledge of .NET/Blazor, Groovy, Python, and system test/verification processes.
• Familiarity with functional safety or industrial safety standards.
• Experience with agile processes and tools like Azure Boards.
• Experience with test management tools like Jama or Polarion.
