What you will do
- Design and configure new meta mechanics and in-game events.

- Collaborate with game analytics to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer, Monetization Manager, or Product Manager on free-to-play projects.
- Solid understanding of F2P monetization principles in midcore games.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing meta systems.
- Experience working with game analytics and a strong grasp of key product metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
