What you will do

• Design, develop, debug, and modify web services for Insurance micro-services
• Lead and coordinate multiple complex cross-organizational initiatives
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from design to deployment and support
• Advance design methodologies and mentor junior team members
• Advocate for industry standards and best practices in development
• Communicate effectively with geographically distributed cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years professional software development experience (Bachelor's) or 3+ years (Master's)
• Experience designing moderately complex, testable, and observable software systems
• Proven ability to lead code reviews and mentor team members
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and debugging
