What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed manual and automated test plans and scripts for business systems
• Conduct testing across UI, API, security, performance, and network/protocol analysis
• Review system changes to update and maintain test automation
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
• Provide task estimates and status reports
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java for automated testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies
• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Experience with REST API testing and tools like Selenium, Playwright
• Experience with Salesforce and SaaS Quote-To-Cash processes
• Familiarity with Git and Kanban
