Location: Hybrid work model in Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do

Lead and mentor the Hanoi QA team responsible for end-to-end testing of software and networking solutions.
Design and implement robust test strategies across functional, regression, performance, and interoperability domains.
Build and maintain automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage of telecommunication cloud services and enterprise networking components.
Collaborate with architects, product management, and support teams to ensure release quality and customer satisfaction.
Drive innovation in QA practices and define QA metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Must work in hybrid model in Hanoi, Vietnam
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years in QA with 3+ years in leadership roles.
Experience with telecommunications, service provider, or enterprise solutions including NFV, SDN, LAN/WAN, network security, and cloud orchestration.
Proficiency in Linux, scripting (Shell, Python), agile tools (Jira, Confluence), version control (Git), and containerized environments (Docker).
Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with QA automation frameworks and API testing tools (Robot Framework, Postman).
Experience testing software-defined infrastructure, VNFs, or CNFs.
