What you will do

• Define and implement test strategies for manual and automated testing across multiple modules.
• Oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing phases.
• Manage defect tracking, risk evaluation, and mitigation across the platform.
• Lead and mentor a hybrid QA team, supporting onboarding and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product, development, and delivery teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Produce QA metrics and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bilingual English-French proficiency is mandatory.
• Must be located in Canada or able to work remotely within Canada.
• 10+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium and API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and test management tools.
• Experience in the life insurance domain (individual life and annuities) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to performance, accessibility, and cross-browser testing.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
