What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of manual testers to ensure quality standards.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for web applications.
• Manage testing documentation and continuously review test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track software defects collaborating with developers.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for compatibility.
• Validate UI and UX to ensure alignment with design specifications.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Larnaca, Cyprus with hybrid work model
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years manual testing experience with at least 1 year in team lead role.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools like JIRA.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
