What you will do

• Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues to keep the team productive
• Lead company-wide IT projects such as system rollouts and upgrades
• Manage device lifecycle including inventory tracking, laptop delivery, and returns
• Evaluate and recommend new software and vendors to improve workflows
• Ensure team members have the right equipment and guidance for success

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Hyderabad, India
• 5+ years experience as an IT admin with exposure to security training and audits
• Hands-on experience managing Mac systems; Windows familiarity is a plus
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teammates
• Proactive problem-solving and meticulous execution
• Knowledge of IT systems, device management, and security best practices
