What you will do
- Provide legal support for the company’s general business activities and software development.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including software development and licensing agreements.
- Advise employees on intellectual property and data protection compliance.
- Monitor legislative changes affecting company operations.
- Assist in the development of internal legal documents and policies.
Requirements
- Law degree.
- 3+ years of experience as a legal counsel in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of Belarusian legislation and international intellectual property law.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
