🔧 Spare Parts Sales & Logistics Specialist
📍 Dubai, UAE | On-site | Full-time
Sonnenberg Power Solutions LLC — an authorized distributor of leading European engine and genset manufacturers — is looking for a Spare Parts Sales & Logistics Specialist to join our aftermarket team in Dubai.
In this role, you’ll focus on spare parts sales — managing quotations, order processing, and international logistics — ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service across global markets.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare quotations and process spare parts sales orders
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and service teams
• Manage international shipments, including customs and export documentation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle administrative and support tasks related to daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in spare parts sales and/or logistics
• Background in power generation, marine, or heavy equipment preferred
• Fluent English mandatory; Russian a plus
• Proven hands-on experience in spare parts sales with strong commercial acumen
• Structured, detail-oriented work approach with excellent MS Office and organizational skills
