What you will do

• Own and manage the global engagement platform (Workday Peakon) ensuring smooth operations and high data quality
• Continuously develop and improve employee surveys to meet organizational needs
• Co-create engagement strategies combining scientific insights and business knowledge
• Collaborate with global HR teams and external partners to align platform development
• Transform employee feedback into clear, actionable insights and reports
• Provide training, support, and guidance for confident platform use

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with presence in Essen, Germany
• Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
• Degree in psychology, business psychology, organizational psychology or related field
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement and survey methodologies
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and dashboards
• Experience collaborating with IT and external vendors and delivering training
