What you will do

  • Generate and qualify leads to support sales teams
  • Set up meetings and communicate hirify.global's value propositions to prospects
  • Utilize outbound sales methods including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Identify key players and research business requirements to initiate sales cycles
  • Proactively resolve client issues to ensure positive experiences

Requirements

  • Fluent English required
  • Must be able to work hirify.globally in the Americas region
  • Long-term interest in client-facing sales career
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or B2B software sales experience
  • Experience working hirify.globally
