What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and contribute to designing and testing solutions for multiple projects.
• Prepare requirements documentation for application system development.
• Provide application support to end users and contribute solutions for business applications.
• Partner closely with developers and business partners to maintain clear scope and deliverables.
• Participate in system and software testing to ensure quality throughout the system life cycle.

Requirements

• Must work onsite full time in Nashville, Tennessee.
• Relocation to the United States is available.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posted in English).
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud Voice or Agentforce 360 is preferred.
• Experience in business analysis, problem solving, and application design.

• Experience with Salesforce Voice Cloud or Agentforce 360 implementations.
