What you will do

• Contribute to the design and evolution of the Design System by refining components and tokens
• Create clear guidelines and usage examples to facilitate adoption by designers and stakeholders
• Support mapping of patterns across workflows to improve usability and reduce friction
• Promote Design System best practices and advocate for accessibility and inclusivity
• Validate design decisions through usability testing and data insights
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure accurate implementation and roadmap planning

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in Prague, Brno, Košice, or Bratislava
• 3+ years of experience in digital Product or UX/UI Design
• Advanced Figma skills and portfolio showcasing expertise in Design Systems
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Education in UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B environments or complex platforms
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
• Curiosity about AI tools to optimize design workflows
