- Build and lead a new global intraday WFM team.
- Monitor real-time performance across 30+ countries.
- Create and maintain global playbooks for intraday management.
- Design processes and tools for smoother operations.
- Set up planning and incident management frameworks.
- Coach shift leads and intraday coordinators.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management.
- Proven leadership skills with direct reports.
- Experience in setting up new processes and teams.
- Strong strategic mindset and roadmap creation.
- Excellent understanding of WFM tools and metrics.
- Fluent in English.
