What you will do

  • Provide technical support for hirify.global consumer products.
  • Offer non-technical support to customers, partners, and resellers.
  • Assist during the ordering process and handle support tickets.
  • Escalate undocumented issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Maintain in-depth expertise in at least one product.
  • Perform scheduled callbacks and respond to basic requests.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in San Diego, United States
  • Completed commercial or IT-oriented education; high school education optimal.
  • Approximately 3 years of work experience; 3 months on-the-job training.
  • Enhanced IT skills supporting operating systems and office applications.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Good communication skills.
