What you will do
- Provide technical support for consumer products.
- Offer non-technical support to customers, partners, and resellers.
- Assist during the ordering process and handle support tickets.
- Escalate undocumented issues to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain in-depth expertise in at least one product.
- Perform scheduled callbacks and respond to basic requests.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in San Diego, United States
- Completed commercial or IT-oriented education; high school education optimal.
- Approximately 3 years of work experience; 3 months on-the-job training.
- Enhanced IT skills supporting operating systems and office applications.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Good communication skills.
