TL;DR

Erp Architect (ERP): Supporting development of large clients’ ERP target architectures and roadmaps, creating domain architectures as part of enterprise transformation. With an accent on Oracle solutions, cloud platforms, and integration of IT/OT technologies. Focus on architecting complex operating model domains, digital transformation, and sustainability optimization.

Location: Hybrid with office bases in Glasgow, London, Manchester, UK. Must be fully flexible for assignments involving travel at short notice. UK Security Clearance required or eligibility.

What you will do

• Support development of ERP target architectures and roadmaps for large clients.
• Create domain architectures aligned with enterprise transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to business development activities including proposals, bids, and client engagement.
• Participate in internal initiatives such as practice development, campaigns, and training.
• Mentor and develop junior digital architects through formal and informal coaching.
• Collaborate with UK and global architecture and ERP communities to advance solutions and propositions.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for or hold UK Security Clearance.
• Experience defining architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle ERP solutions across multiple business domains.
• Knowledge of Oracle technology, cloud platforms (IaaS & PaaS), IAM, data platforms, automation, IoT, OT, and API management.
• Experience architecting solutions for at least two operating model domains such as Financial Management, Workforce, Procurement, or Data Migration.
• Understanding of sustainability optimization and regulated financial reporting in enterprise contexts.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and integration of IT and OT with ERP and AI solutions.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Master Architect, TOGAF, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience with agile delivery methods and architecture frameworks.
