What you will do

• Own and drive commercial strategy for the restaurant vertical in Germany.
• Lead and scale multi-layered teams across merchant acquisition, sales, and account management.
• Manage full P&L responsibility including revenue and profitability.
• Drive and close high-value commercial deals and partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Influence internal and external C-level stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships with complex deal experience.
• 5+ years owning P&L or key commercial metrics.
• Proven leadership of multi-layered commercial teams.
• Fluent business German and English (written and verbal).
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills at executive levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2C, marketplaces, retail, or e-commerce.
• Leadership experience of large organizations (200+ people).
• Proficiency in analytics tools and SQL.
