What you will do

• Establish and maintain product architecture for post-trade businesses and related systems.
• Partner with delivery leads, programme managers, and technical architects to frame strategy and guide roadmaps.
• Build high-level and low-level technical designs considering scalability, performance, security, and cost.
• Own technical and architectural decisions, design quality, and code review practices.
• Ensure robust CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines and support delivery teams on design and architecture issues.
• Manage technical debt, maintain architecture reference documents, and guide incident resolution.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Gurgaon, India
• 12+ years of experience with strong expertise in financial services, especially pre/post trade lifecycle.
• Experience with microservices, cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, Spring Boot, and engineering methods like CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with messaging protocols, event-driven architectures, and high availability systems.
• Proven ability to design resilient, scalable, and secure systems and lead architectural decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with React/Angular MVC web development frameworks.
• Knowledge of data migration and complex system integrations.
