Salary: $60,000-$70,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain productive client regulatory relationships.
• Assist with incident management impacting clients and support post-incident recovery.
• Manage cases using Salesforce as the ticketing tool.
• Attend onsite client meetings and review sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams across regions to resolve client queries.
• Support solution design, onboarding, and product configuration for new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Must have indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with software systems and technology preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and transport protocols (MQ, FTP, Sftp, FIX, TOF) and data formats (XML, CSV, FIX, TRML, SWIFT).
• Strong client focus, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with holiday and weekend support on rotation.
