What you will do

• Monitor multiple applications, infrastructure, and services 24x7 using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Perform alert triage, initial analysis, and incident logging in Jira.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams following SOPs and SLAs.
• Maintain and update runbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Communicate active issues and tasks clearly during shift handoffs.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work flexible 24x7 shift rotations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fresh graduate or final-year student in a technical discipline (e.g., B.Tech, MCA).
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, networking, and application support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High discipline and attention to detail for operational procedures.
