What you will do

• Own and manage delivery roadmap for assigned regions including new provider launches and product implementations.
• Coordinate and report delivery progress across departments and external partners.
• Lead kick-off and status meetings to communicate project objectives and progress.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure readiness of environments for deployment and testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain communication with management and provide timely progress reports.

Requirements

• Must have high proficiency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work full-time in Bulgaria without visa sponsorship.
• 2+ years of software project management experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is required; Atlassian products experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and presentation skills.
• Scrum Master, PM, or PO certification is a benefit.
