Salary: $132,000–$150,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, and improve MDM infrastructure for Mac OS, Windows, and mobile devices
• Develop and strengthen client platform programs across operating systems
• Collaborate with Identity Management and Security teams on endpoint security initiatives
• Automate processes and workflows leveraging APIs and scripting
• Create clear technical documentation and develop processes for team collaboration
• Handle escalated tasks and contribute to large IT projects

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Vancouver office with specified in-office days
• 5+ years experience managing client endpoint infrastructure
• Experience with MDM solutions like JAMF, BigFix, Airwatch
• Experience with Identity Management platforms such as Okta
• Experience with Windows management tools like Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell

Nice to have

• Experience with orchestration tools like Workato
• Curiosity and willingness to learn AI tools and emerging technologies
