What you will do

• Lead design and deployment of hirify.global platform solutions for enterprise clients at extreme scale
• Collaborate with skilled customer engineering teams and internal product engineering to address functional gaps and performance issues
• Develop and innovate solutions using technologies like C#, Java, SQL, Node.js, Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform
• Provide hands-on support including coding and automation to improve deployment and monitoring processes
• Refine skills in DevOps, cloud, security, infrastructure, and log analytics related to the hirify.global platform
• Engage in consulting, presales, and support activities to drive business impact and customer success

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• 2-3+ years programming experience in object-oriented languages (Java or .NET preferred)
• 5+ years consulting, presales, or support experience with application-focused software
• Architectural understanding of JEE or .NET platforms and willingness to learn new technologies like PHP, Node.js, Docker
• Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and administration on Windows and Linux systems
• Ability to travel moderately (less than 25%)

Nice to have

• Experience with data presentation via charts and dashboards
• Familiarity with virtualization tools such as VMWare Workstation, Parallels, or VirtualBox
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
