What you will do
- Support day-to-day operations for Windows environments, including HW and Software management.
- Manage vulnerability remediation and patch management processes.
- Collaborate with the Security team to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Provide end-to-end ownership of tasks and incidents.
- Analyze metrics and logs to troubleshoot problems and perform maintenance.
- Participate in cross-organizational teams to solve technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of experience in IT, specifically with Windows systems.
- Strong knowledge of Intune Endpoint Management and patch management.
- Business fluent English is required.
- ITIL Certification is highly preferred.
