What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff
• Partner with Sales leaders and HR Business Partners to understand team structure and hiring goals
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using AI-driven platforms and multiple channels
• Manage candidate pipelines and use data analytics to inform hiring strategies and market conditions
• Track and report key recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience representing Moody’s brand and values

Requirements

• Must have 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in financial services or technology
• Experience recruiting sales roles with knowledge of sales functions and metrics
• Proven success using AI recruitment tools and data-driven approaches
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be based in or eligible to work remotely within the US
