Architect

TL;DR

Architect (Architecture): Leading deployment and solution architecture of the hirify.global platform at extreme scale for enterprise clients with an accent on hybrid cloud environments, observability, and performance optimization. Focus on designing and implementing complex solutions, troubleshooting performance issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve product capabilities.

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture and deployment of hirify.global platform for large enterprise clients.
• Consult and guide skilled engineering teams through complex hybrid cloud environments.
• Isolate and mitigate major performance issues in large-scale environments.
• Collaborate with product engineering to address functional gaps and improvements.
• Develop automation scripts and contribute hands-on coding in various technologies.
• Share best practices and guidance with consultancy teams.

Requirements

• Remote position with travel to customer sites in Europe and the Middle East expected.
• Experience in large enterprise or corporate environments.
• Proficiency with hirify.global or similar observability/APM solutions is a major plus.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with certifications preferred.
• Solid understanding of network topologies, security, routing, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Puppet, Ansible, and scripting languages.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (corporate language).

Nice to have

• Outstanding communication and consulting skills.
• Experience with PaaS concepts and cloud-native services (AWS Lambda, ECS, Fargate).
• Development experience in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and object-oriented languages.
• Expertise in SQL and streamlining development lifecycles with automation.
